So today is officially my last day as a student at the University of Grenoble. In about an hour and a half I will be taking (and most likely failing) my last exam and then it's all over!! I must say, I could not possibly be more excited to be done with these classes. A semester is so much longer than an ONU quarter. However, it was most exciting when I found out I didn't have to take one of my exams today. Apparently since I took it last week I was exempt this week!! Talk about exciting unexpected news! Also good news... I have my laptop with me at school right now! And do you know what that means? I can put pictures up!! So here ya go everyone!
Ok, so Patrick took us all out to eat last night on CEA (so technically on us I guess) but it was a really nice restaurant and this is me eating the FABULOUS chocolate dessert.
The group on our last night all together as CEA Fall '05.
Blurry, but a shot of the Christmast market at Place Victor Hugo at night.
My TP (Travaux Practiques aka grammar) class... well the ones that bothered to show up on the last day anyway.
Elise, my french mom!
My french family the night I made chili for them all. They actually really liked it I think. Or they all just had second and third helpings to be polite. That's all from Grenoble right now. The next blog will probably not be from within France. The bus to the airport leaves at 11:15 on Saturday morning and then I'm off to explore Europe with Mallory, Joanna, and Kim for three weeks!!! Wish us luck! Thanks for all the comments from everyone so far, they've been very appreciated. Have a wonderful Christmas season!!

I can't even imagine how difficult it's going to be for you to leave all of this. Will you be able to keep the blog going while you're "on the road"? LOVED the photos, and SO glad the chili was a success!! ttys lyl mom
