This past weekend some friends and I took off to the Salon des Vins et de la Gastronomie here in Chartres. It's an expo of food and wine from all over France. It smelled delicious and we got lots of free samples of just about every kind of thing you could imagine. I also sat in on a little seminar that taught me how to correctly taste wine. The look, the smells, the taste, etc. Here's some pictures from our walk out to the Expo (there are no buses on Sundays) and the expo itself.
