So Friday was beautiful here in Grenoble and the Saturday it decided to become FREEZING cold and rainy. Not fun. What was fun however was the Journees de Patrimoine. (It's really annoying that blogspot doesn't recognize accent markings). Tiffany and I went around and saw some pretty cool stuff on Saturday. But Sunday was just too cold and we wimped out after a little while.

And now for some totally random thoughts:
Arabic is a really beautiful language. Met a Tunisian man in the dorms the other night, his French accent was perfectly wonderful. A lot of really rolled R's. I could have listened to him all night.
French men are really affectionate. Even in public they treat their girlfriends and wives like gold. I know a lot of American men who could take a hint from the French.
Cheese is so good here. I'll probably say that every time I'm on, but it's really really good.
Classes are ok, not much homework but I'm finding a total lack of motivation to do homework when I could be out seeing Europe instead.
ONU is my favorite again thanks to a lot of hard work from Kacy and Mme Dufault, who is my favorite person in the whole world.
Tiffany (one of the CEA kids here) is really cool to hang out with, but being from NYC she tends to do things like... talking to random guys at the tram station who turned out to be rather intoxicated and chased us yelling "We love you!" Yeah... good times in Grenoble.
The world is very very small. I met a guy from Senegal who lives in Grenoble now, but he lived in the US for a year and his ex-girlfriend is from Ohio. And one of the girls in our CEA program here went to elementary school with my roommate from last year.
